Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or our partner courier's portal.
We offer Cash on Delivery for most regions. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays. Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you before arriving.
Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and any re-delivery requests may incur additional charges.
If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vogue-fashion.com. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
